Tinjauan Hukum Islam tentang Fungsi Penyertaan Sidik Jari dalam Akta Otentik
This study was prepared to determine the regulations governing the mandatory attachment of fingerprint documents to the notary deed in Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2014 Position of Notary with Islamic law. The analysis shows that it means that a fingerprint document is not a mandatory requirement that affects the authenticity of a notarial deed. Without the fingerprinted document being attached to the minutes of the act, the authenticity of the notary deed is not degraded to a deed under the hand because the fingerprint document is only a supporting document that does not affect the form of the action as required by law.
