Basically, everyone agrees with efforts to improve the quality<br>of education, but then there is a perception or lack of common meaning about quality, and in the<br>end it can be concluded that quality is a dynamic idea or quality is made into something that satisfies<br>and exceeds the desires and needs of customers. Therefore, change or transformation is needed in the<br>education domain in Indonesia, by adopting the concept of multicultural education as an<br>alternative to education that only follows one culture.<br>The importance of multicultural education has received a positive response in several cases<br>and is strengthened by Law of the Republic of Indonesia no. 20 of 2003 concerning the<br>National Education System. This law includes human rights values as an integral part of the<br>national education system, upholds the principles of justice, and emphasizes the importance<br>of respecting human rights, religious values, cultural values, and the nation's cultural<br>diversity.<br>So, the implementation of education requires and requires a curriculum that has<br>multicultural values. These values must be the main basis for planning, implementing and<br>evaluating curricula in various educational institutions, including schools, madrasas and<br>Islamic boarding schools. To protect against<br>negative things, serious treatment is needed in the form of moral development through<br>religious education. The aim of this research is to analyze the internalization transformation<br>stage, the transaction stage and the trans-internalization stage of the value of moral<br>education through the recitation of the Bidayatul Hidayah book for Class VIII Girls at MTs<br>Unggulan Nuris Jember. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological<br>approach. The research results show that several processes used in transforming the values<br>of Islamic religious education are lectures (mau'idzah), stories and taking ibroh, as well as<br>the sorogan method. This process is used to transform the values of aqidah, shari'ah and<br>morals. Where at this stage it is taught how to transform knowledge to students. So that<br>students really know and understand what is taught by the teacher and what is taught by<br>the students themselves or through discussion. At the transaction stage, the values of moral<br>education are shown in steps in the form of habituation and punishment. This habit is<br>applied in internalizing the values of Islamic education both in faith, shari'ah and morals.<br>Next, in the value transinternalization stage, the most influential thing is example. This is<br>shown in the example set directly by caregivers and teachers. This example consists of how to worship Allah SWT, how to carry out the commandments of the Shari'ah and how to<br>behave well towards others. The<br>Qur'an functions as a provider of explanation, as a defender between what is true and false,<br>and as a guide to the truth. The Qur'an also functions as the main source of Islamic teachings<br>which contain the values of aqidah, morals, sharia and mu'amalah. One of the noble efforts<br>that must be made by humanity to maintain the authenticity and purity of the Qur’an is by<br>practicing and memorizing it properly and correctly. In memorizing the Qur'an, you need to<br>know what methods are effective to apply to memorizing the Qur'an. In this research, the<br>method that will be studied is the difference in the use of the Wahdah and Talaqqi methods<br>on the speed of memorizing the Qur’an.<br>This research used an experimental method with the research population, namely all<br>students at Al-Miftah Silo Middle School with a total of 89 students. The research sample<br>uses techniquessaturated sampling that is, the entire research population is used as the<br>research sample. Islamic<br>education can play a role in increasing synergy between fishing communities. This is because<br>Islamic education teaches the values of togetherness, mutual assistance and mutual<br>cooperation. These values can become the basis for fishing communities to work together<br>to improve their welfare. This type of research is classified as qualitative with the research<br>approach used being a normative and sociological approach, namely environmental<br>interactions in accordance with social units, individuals, groups, institutions or society. The<br>data source for this research is the fishing community. Furthermore, the data collection<br>methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Then data processing and<br>analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data<br>presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research concluded that Islamic<br>Education, Syirkah Cooperation Agreements were divided into two types, namely syirkah<br>amlak and syirkah uqud. Where syirkah amlak is divided into two forms, namely syirkah<br>amlak ikhtiyar and syirkah amlak ijbar. Meanwhile, regarding the division of uqud syirkah,<br>scholars differ in their form. However, according to But, several jurists have different<br>opinions in dividing the various types of al-Uqud syirkah, namely: according to Hanabilah this<br>syirkah is divided into five, including; Syirkah 'Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan,<br>Syirkah Wujuh, Syirkah Mudharabah. Meanwhile, according to Hanafiyah, this syirkah is<br>divided into six, namely; Syirkah Amwal, Syirkah A'mal, Syirkah Wujuh, each of these three<br>forms is divided into mufawadhah and 'inan. According to Malikiyah and Syafi'iyah, this<br>syirkah is divided into four, including; Syirkah 'Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan,<br>Syirkah Wujuh. Resilience is not only achievable during the teenage years;<br>even children can develop resilience if the educational environment provides early learning<br>experiences. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, specifically employing<br>a case study research design. Both primary and secondary data sources are utilized. Data<br>collection methods include interviews, observations, documentation, and data analysis<br>techniques employ the Mills and Huberman analysis model.<br>The findings of this study reveal that students at MI Nurul Athhar exhibit resilience at their<br>age, particularly through group prayers, which offer benefits ranging from the sources of "I<br>have, I am, and I can." This research utilizes a qualitative approach to investigate aspects that exist in the natural environment, and attempts to interpret these phenomena. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. In this research, researchers used several stages of data analysis, namely the condensation stage, data presentation stage, making temporary conclusions and verification activities. The research results concluded; women's leadership behavior in managing study programs that are integrated with the Islamic boarding school system at STAI Miftahul Ulum Lumajang are; 1) Dividing tasks according to the team's abilities and in accordance with the detailed job description so as to achieve success in achieving institutional goals; 2) Establishing regular communication and meetings, namely by holding regular discussion meetings with staff, lecturers and students. Pendidikan Islam dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan sinergi antar masyarakat nelayan. Hal ini dikarenakan pendidikan Islam mengajarkan nilai-nilai kebersamaan, saling tolong-menolong, dan gotong royong. Nilai-nilai tersebut dapat menjadi landasan bagi masyarakat nelayan untuk bekerja sama dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normative dan sosiologis yakni interaksi lingkungan yang sesuai dengan unit sosial, individu, kelompok, lembaga, atau masyarakat. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini adalah masyarakat nelayan. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lalu teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil &nbsp;penelitian &nbsp;menyimpulkan &nbsp;tentang &nbsp;Pendidikan &nbsp;Islam &nbsp;Akad &nbsp;Kerjasama &nbsp;<em>Syirkah </em>dibagi menjadi&nbsp; &nbsp;dua&nbsp; &nbsp;macam&nbsp; &nbsp;yaitu <em>syirkah&nbsp; &nbsp;amlak </em>dan <em>syirkah&nbsp; &nbsp;uqud. </em>Dimana <em>syirkah&nbsp; &nbsp;amlak </em>dibagi menjadi dua bentuk yaitu <em>syirkah amlak ikhtiyar </em>dan <em>syirkah amlak ijbar</em>. Sedangkan mengenai pembagian <em>syirkah&nbsp; &nbsp;uqud </em>ulama&nbsp; &nbsp;berbeda&nbsp; &nbsp;pendapat&nbsp; &nbsp;mengenai&nbsp; &nbsp;bentuknya.&nbsp; &nbsp;Akan&nbsp; &nbsp;tetapi, menurut Tetapi beberapa fuqaha berbeda pendapat dalam membagi macam-macam syirkah al-Uqud, yaitu : menurut Hanabilah syirkah ini dibagi menjadi lima, diantaranya yaitu; <em>Syirkah</em></p> <p><em>‘Inan</em>, <em>Syirkah </em>Mufawadhah, <em>Syirkah </em>Abdan, Syirkah Wujuh, Syirkah Mudharabah. Diriwayatkan kepada kita secara mutawatir. Membacanya terhitung bernilai ibadah. Diawali dengan surat Al-Fatihah dan ditutup dengan surat An-Naas. Kebenaran yang dibawa oleh Al-Qur’an dengan penuh keberkahan supaya <em>di tadabburi</em>, dihayati, diperhatikan dan dipelajari isi kandungan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an.</p> <p>Barakāh adalah <em>Ziyādatul Khair &nbsp;</em>artinya bertambahnya kebaikan. Keberkahan yang digambarkan dalam Al-Qur’an bisa berupa keberkahan dalam berkeluarga, berkah mendapatkan rziki, berkanya para kekasih Allah dan para sholihin, ada pula penggambaran keberkahan Al-Qur’an, pohon dan Air Zamzam dll. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana mendapat berkah Allah dalam Al-Qur’an, dengan meneliti ayat-ayat berkah dalam prespektif Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap efektifitas sebuah sekolah.
