Quality can be interpreted as an absolute and relative concept. In the context of education, the
meaning of quality is always based on the education system as a whole, starting from education
planning, the education implementation process, education evaluation to education results in
accordance with the stated objectives. Basically, everyone agrees with efforts to improve the quality
of education, but then there is a perception or lack of common meaning about quality, and in the
end it can be concluded that quality is a dynamic idea or quality is made into something that satisfies
and exceeds the desires and needs of customers. There are several quality concepts offered by
experts that can be applied in improving the quality of education, including Deming's quality concept
which combines these concepts starting from psychological insight to the obstacles in adopting a
quality culture, Juran's quality concept with the trilogy theory, namely Quality planning, Quality
control , Quality improvement, as well as Crosby's famous quality concept, namely the Zero Defect
concept. The type of research used is library research. Literature study is a research method carried
out by collecting and analyzing data or information originating from written sources such as books,
journals, papers, articles and other documents.

IMPLEMENTASI PENGEMBANGAN PENDIDIKAN MULTIKULTURAL DI SEKOLAH

The current education situation in Indonesia is no longer adequate for people who have
diverse and more than one culture. Therefore, change or transformation is needed in the
education domain in Indonesia, by adopting the concept of multicultural education as an
alternative to education that only follows one culture.
The importance of multicultural education has received a positive response in several cases
and is strengthened by Law of the Republic of Indonesia no. 20 of 2003 concerning the
National Education System. This law includes human rights values as an integral part of the
national education system, upholds the principles of justice, and emphasizes the importance
of respecting human rights, religious values, cultural values, and the nation's cultural
diversity.
So, the implementation of education requires and requires a curriculum that has
multicultural values. These values must be the main basis for planning, implementing and
evaluating curricula in various educational institutions, including schools, madrasas and
Islamic boarding schools. Islamic religious education also has an important role in instilling
the values of multiculturalism in students, which are based on the teachings of the Koran
and hadith. This teaching has the potential to form students who have faith in God Almighty.
Apart from that, the aim of implementation and values in learning Islamic religious education
is to help students develop knowledge and behavior both in individual and social life.

INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK MELALUI PENGAJIAN KITAB BIDAYATUL HIDAYAH DI KELAS VIII PUTRI MTS UNGGULAN NURIS JEMBER

Advances in technology and science in this era of globalization have made the world
situation transparent, the barriers between national cultures have begun to disappear,
resulting in the ease of foreign cultures influencing other cultures. To protect against
negative things, serious treatment is needed in the form of moral development through
religious education. The aim of this research is to analyze the internalization transformation
stage, the transaction stage and the trans-internalization stage of the value of moral
education through the recitation of the Bidayatul Hidayah book for Class VIII Girls at MTs
Unggulan Nuris Jember. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological
approach. The research results show that several processes used in transforming the values
of Islamic religious education are lectures (mau'idzah), stories and taking ibroh, as well as
the sorogan method. This process is used to transform the values of aqidah, shari'ah and
morals. Where at this stage it is taught how to transform knowledge to students. So that
students really know and understand what is taught by the teacher and what is taught by
the students themselves or through discussion. At the transaction stage, the values of moral
education are shown in steps in the form of habituation and punishment. This habit is
applied in internalizing the values of Islamic education both in faith, shari'ah and morals.
Next, in the value transinternalization stage, the most influential thing is example. This is
shown in the example set directly by caregivers and teachers. This example consists of how to worship Allah SWT, how to carry out the commandments of the Shari'ah and how to
behave well towards others. The conclusion of this research is that the internalization of
moral education values through the recitation of the Bidayatul Hidayah Book is shown in
several processes, including the transformation of Islamic education values in the form of
lectures, stories and sorogan, value transactions in the form of habituation and punishment,
and the trans internalization of values shown by morals that are exemplified directly by
caregivers and teachers.

PERBEDAAN PENGGUNAAN METODE WAHDAH DAN TALAQQI TERHADAP KECEPATAN MENGHAFAL AL-QUR’AN

Talking about the Qur’an, the Qur’an is the most noble and special holy book of Islam. The
Qur'an functions as a provider of explanation, as a defender between what is true and false,
and as a guide to the truth. The Qur'an also functions as the main source of Islamic teachings
which contain the values of aqidah, morals, sharia and mu'amalah. One of the noble efforts
that must be made by humanity to maintain the authenticity and purity of the Qur’an is by
practicing and memorizing it properly and correctly. In memorizing the Qur'an, you need to
know what methods are effective to apply to memorizing the Qur'an. In this research, the
method that will be studied is the difference in the use of the Wahdah and Talaqqi methods
on the speed of memorizing the Qur’an.
This research used an experimental method with the research population, namely all
students at Al-Miftah Silo Middle School with a total of 89 students. The research sample
uses techniquessaturated sampling that is, the entire research population is used as the
research sample. Data collection used questionnaires and interviews with supervising
teachers and students, and the data analysis technique used the Chi Square formula (X2).
The results of the research show that: 1) There is no difference in the use of the wahdah
method and the talaqqi method on the speed of memorizing the Qur'an with results X2O
0.33 and X2t at a significance level of 5% = 3.841 Thus tcount < ttable (0.33 > 3.841). 2) There is
no difference in the use of the wahdah method on the speed of memorizing the Koran with
result X2O smaller than X2t (3.24< 3.841). 3) There is a difference in the use of the Talaqqi
method on the speed of memorizing the Koran with X results2O greater than X2t (5,339 >
3,841)

MODEL INTERNALISASI NILAI MODERASI BERAGAMA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN MIFTAHUL ULUM LUMAJANG

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan internalisasi nilai-nilai keajegan (istiqomah) dalam upaya memperkuat moderasi beragama para santri Miftahul Ulum Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menyelidiki aspek-aspek yang ada dalam lingkungan alamiah, dan berusaha untuk mengartikan fenomena tersebut Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan beberapa tahapan analisis data yaitu tahap kondensasi, tahap penyajian data, membuat kesimpulan sementara dan kegiatan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan; Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum menginternalisasi nilai moderasi beragama berbasis pada proses pembelajar dilaksanakan dalam empat bentuk; ; a) menetapkan tujuan dan materi pembelajaran moderasi sesuaia ideologi aswaja, b) memilih metode pembelajaran yang bersifat inklusif, c) melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan d) melalui Pembiasaan dalam Kegiatan Keagamaan. Keempat bentuk internalisasi nilai moderasi beragama dalam penguatan sikap moderasi santri di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum yang berisi tentang konsep iman, islam, dan ihsan yang kemudian termanifestasi dalam pembelajaran moderasi beragama

PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN SINERGI ANTAR MASYARAKAT NELAYAN

Islamic education is one of the important pillars in community development. Islamic
education can play a role in increasing synergy between fishing communities. This is because
Islamic education teaches the values of togetherness, mutual assistance and mutual
cooperation. These values can become the basis for fishing communities to work together
to improve their welfare. This type of research is classified as qualitative with the research
approach used being a normative and sociological approach, namely environmental
interactions in accordance with social units, individuals, groups, institutions or society. The
data source for this research is the fishing community. Furthermore, the data collection
methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Then data processing and
analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data
presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research concluded that Islamic
Education, Syirkah Cooperation Agreements were divided into two types, namely syirkah
amlak and syirkah uqud. Where syirkah amlak is divided into two forms, namely syirkah
amlak ikhtiyar and syirkah amlak ijbar. Meanwhile, regarding the division of uqud syirkah,
scholars differ in their form. However, according to But, several jurists have different
opinions in dividing the various types of al-Uqud syirkah, namely: according to Hanabilah this
syirkah is divided into five, including; Syirkah 'Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan,
Syirkah Wujuh, Syirkah Mudharabah. Meanwhile, according to Hanafiyah, this syirkah is
divided into six, namely; Syirkah Amwal, Syirkah A'mal, Syirkah Wujuh, each of these three
forms is divided into mufawadhah and 'inan. According to Malikiyah and Syafi'iyah, this
syirkah is divided into four, including; Syirkah 'Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan,
Syirkah Wujuh. Shirkah if it has fulfilled the pillars of syirkah, namely the presence of parties
and consent.

SHALAT BERJAMAAH SEBAGAI UPAYA RESILIENSI SISWA MI NURUL ATHHAR BANYUWANGI

Student resilience is crucial to be taught from an early age, as the challenges in student
learning continue to increase. Resilience is not only achievable during the teenage years;
even children can develop resilience if the educational environment provides early learning
experiences. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, specifically employing
a case study research design. Both primary and secondary data sources are utilized. Data
collection methods include interviews, observations, documentation, and data analysis
techniques employ the Mills and Huberman analysis model.
The findings of this study reveal that students at MI Nurul Athhar exhibit resilience at their
age, particularly through group prayers, which offer benefits ranging from the sources of "I
have, I am, and I can." These benefits can be applied by students, as congregational prayers
provide various resources, encouraging them to be independent, responsible, and manage
their emotions.

ANALISIS PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN PEREMPUAN DALAM PENGELOLAAN PROGRAM STUDI TERINTEGRASI PONDOK PESANTREN

This article aims to describe the analysis of women's leadership behavior in managing the integrated Islamic boarding school study program at the Miftahul Ulum Islamic College, Lumajang Regency. This research utilizes a qualitative approach to investigate aspects that exist in the natural environment, and attempts to interpret these phenomena. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. In this research, researchers used several stages of data analysis, namely the condensation stage, data presentation stage, making temporary conclusions and verification activities. The research results concluded; women's leadership behavior in managing study programs that are integrated with the Islamic boarding school system at STAI Miftahul Ulum Lumajang are; 1) Dividing tasks according to the team's abilities and in accordance with the detailed job description so as to achieve success in achieving institutional goals; 2) Establishing regular communication and meetings, namely by holding regular discussion meetings with staff, lecturers and students. The meeting is aimed at strengthening ties, to express complaints or resolve existing problems; 3) Inspire the results that have been achieved with the hope that the academic community can increase their work enthusiasm in achieving institutional goals.

PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN SINERGI ANTAR MASYARAKAT NELAYAN

Pendidikan Islam merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam pembangunan masyarakat. Pendidikan Islam dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan sinergi antar masyarakat nelayan. Hal ini dikarenakan pendidikan Islam mengajarkan nilai-nilai kebersamaan, saling tolong-menolong, dan gotong royong. Nilai-nilai tersebut dapat menjadi landasan bagi masyarakat nelayan untuk bekerja sama dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normative dan sosiologis yakni interaksi lingkungan yang sesuai dengan unit sosial, individu, kelompok, lembaga, atau masyarakat. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini adalah masyarakat nelayan. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lalu teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan tentang Pendidikan Islam Akad Kerjasama Syirkah dibagi menjadi dua macam yaitu syirkah amlak dan syirkah uqud. Dimana syirkah amlak dibagi menjadi dua bentuk yaitu syirkah amlak ikhtiyar dan syirkah amlak ijbar. Sedangkan mengenai pembagian syirkah uqud ulama berbeda pendapat mengenai bentuknya. Akan tetapi, menurut Tetapi beberapa fuqaha berbeda pendapat dalam membagi macam-macam syirkah al-Uqud, yaitu : menurut Hanabilah syirkah ini dibagi menjadi lima, diantaranya yaitu; Syirkah

‘Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan, Syirkah Wujuh, Syirkah Mudharabah. Sedangkan menurut Hanafiyah syirkah ini dibagi menjadi enam, yaitu; Syirkah Amwal,Syirkah A’mal, Syirkah Wujuh masing-masing dari ketiga bentuk ini terbagi menjadi mufawadhah dan

‘inan.Menurut Malikiyah dan Syafi’iyah syirkah ini dibagi menjadi empat, diantaranya; Syirkah

‘Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan, Syirkah Wujuh. Syirkah apabila telah memenuhi rukun dari syirkah tersebut yaitu adanya para pihak dan ijab qabul.

MAKNA BAROKAH PRESPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP SPIRIT BELAJAR SANTRI

Al-Qur’an adalah kalam Allah SWt yang bernilai mukjizat, yang diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW, dengan penuh berkah melalui perantara malaikat jibril a.s yang tertulis pada mashahif. Diriwayatkan kepada kita secara mutawatir. Membacanya terhitung bernilai ibadah. Diawali dengan surat Al-Fatihah dan ditutup dengan surat An-Naas. Kebenaran yang dibawa oleh Al-Qur’an dengan penuh keberkahan supaya di tadabburi, dihayati, diperhatikan dan dipelajari isi kandungan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an.

Barakāh adalah Ziyādatul Khair artinya bertambahnya kebaikan. Barokāh juga bisa

artikan tetapnya sesuatu, dan bisa juga diartikan bertambahnya atau berkembangnya sesuatu. Keberkahan yang digambarkan dalam Al-Qur’an bisa berupa keberkahan dalam berkeluarga, berkah mendapatkan rziki, berkanya para kekasih Allah dan para sholihin, ada pula penggambaran keberkahan Al-Qur’an, pohon dan Air Zamzam dll. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana mendapat berkah Allah dalam Al-Qur’an, dengan meneliti ayat-ayat berkah dalam prespektif Al-Qur’an. Metode penelitian yang dipakai untuk mengetahui dua hal tersebut adalah metode penelitan kualitatif, sedangkan sumber data penelitian adalah Ayat-ayat barokah dalam Al-Qur’an dan sumber lainnya yang berkaitan dengan berkah.

PELATIHAN SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI PESERTA DIDIK

Dalam tulisan ini mendeskripsikan program pelatihan untuk guru yang ditujukan untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Banyak kontribusi yang didapatkan melalui pelatihan sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas proses pemberian pendidikan terhadap peserta didik. Semakin berkualitas pembelajaran yang diberikan terhadap peserta didik, maka akan menghasilkan prestasi belajar peserta didik yang berkualitas pula. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengumpulan materi-materi yang sifatnya ilmiah. Teknik

analisa data menggunakan teknik analisa isi dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh simpulan yang valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap efektifitas sebuah sekolah. Pelatihan memberi kesempatan kepada guru untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap baru yang mengubah perilakunya, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.
