Abstrak

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan Pendampingan Manajemen Tata Kelola Madrasah di MTs. Miftahul Ulum 2 Banyuputih Kidul Lumajang. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber peran pendamping dalam meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen tata kelola madrasah. Analisis data dilakukan peneliti dengan mencocokkan data yang diperoleh, disistematisasikan, diinterpretasikan secara logis demi keabsahan dan kredibilitas data. Hasil pendampingan akreditasi yang bersifat moril berupa peningkatan semangat kerjasama guru, peningkatan dan semangat kerja, hasil yang bersifat fisik adalah tertatanya lingkungan sekolah dan sarana prasarana sekolah, hasil yang bersifat administratif berupa tertatanya administrasi sekolah, dan hasil yang bersifat legal berupa sertifikat akreditasi dengan peringkat A.
