<p>This study aims to design an integrative communicative Arabic language environment model based on communicative competence, responding to the need to move beyond fragmented treatments of the language environment toward a comprehensive institutional framework that bridges theoretical learning and authentic language practice. The study employs a conceptual design research approach through a systematic analysis of relevant literature and previous studies, an examination of environmental models implemented in Arabic language instruction within Islamic boarding schools, and insights from experts in Arabic language education. The findings result in an integrated design model grounded in five theoretical foundations: the communicative linguistic, interactive pedagogical, psychosocial, institutional-environmental, and methodological-evaluative foundations. The model comprises institutional, human, academic, interactive, and cultural components, which are activated through continuous organizational and evaluative mechanisms. This model offers a flexible theoretical and practical framework that transforms the language environment from a set of supporting activities into a sustainable communicative educational system, effectively contributing to the development of communicative competence among learners of Arabic</p>
