MENJADI MUSLIM DI MINAHASA UTARA : DINAMIKA KEHIDUPAN KOMUNITAS ISLAM DI DAERAH MINORITAS.

This research aims to analyze the dynamics of the Islamic community in North Minahasa, particularly in building and maintaining identity in a multicultural society. Using a qualitative approach and the social construction theory of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann, this study explores the process of externalization, objectivation, and internalization in the formation of Islamic identity. The focus of the study lies in the interaction between Islamic values and local Minahasa culture, such as mapalus and masawang, as well as the harmonious relationship between Muslims and Christians as the majority.

The results of the study show that the Muslim community in North Minahasa has succeeded in maintaining their identity through the integration of religious values with local culture without losing the essence of Islamic teachings. The mosque becomes the main center in the process of objectification of Islamic values, while interfaith social interaction encourages the creation of mutually respectful relationships. On the other hand, the internalization of religious values in the daily lives of Muslims strengthens community solidarity and their religious identity.

The conclusion of this study is that Islamic identity in North Minahasa is not only formed by religious doctrine, but also through adaptation to local social and cultural contexts. This process reflects harmony and tolerance in the life of a multicultural society. This study provides important insights for the study of religious identity in minority communities, as well as encouraging the strengthening of interfaith harmony in Indonesia.

BERWAKAF SEBAGAI NEW LIFE STYLE : STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI BWI PADA AKUN INSTAGRAM DI KALANGAN MILENIAL

Waqf is an important investment for the future, the right waqf can also support an increase in welfare for people in need. With the existence of productive waqf, at least it has helped the economy, education and even social activities in the community. Nowadays, many of the millennial generation are using the internet as a new lifestyle, thus BWI also uses the internet as a communication support to form a waqf movement so that it can be understood in this lifestyle in the modern era. The purpose of this study is to find out how the communication strategy of the Indonesian Waqf Agency (BWI) in promoting waqf as a new lifestyle among Millennials through its official Instagram account. This research focuses on how BWI can use technology in the modern era such as Instagram, to understand the community and increase concern and solidarity in the quality of life in the hereafter. The results of the study show that BWI's communication strategy based on information technology has increased the awareness, understanding and participation of the Millennial community as part of the Islamic lifestyle. What is evidenced by the number of followers/followers on the account is also some evidence of posts that are attractively packaged

ISLAM WASATHIYAH : RITUAL DAN MISTISISME JAWA TENGGER DALAM TRADISI PERKAWINAN

Indonesian society is known for its cultural and religious diversity, with the majority of its population adhering to Islam. In the Tengger region of Java, there exists a unique blend of Islamic teachings and Hindu traditions, reflecting the application of the concept of Islam Wasathiyah (religious moderation). This study aims to analyze the rituals and mysticism in the Tengger Javanese marriage tradition, as well as the supporting and hindering factors in the implementation of Islam Wasathiyah in these practices. Despite the majority of the Tengger people being Hindu, the interaction between Islam and local culture has led to the phenomenon of interfaith marriages, which combine both traditional rituals and Islamic teachings. This research employs a post-positivist paradigm with a qualitative approach and a case study method conducted in the villages of Wonokerto and Ngadisari, Sukapura District, Probolinggo Regency. The findings of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of religious moderation in the context of local traditions and its impact on cultural diversity and interfaith harmony in Indonesia.

HUKUM ISLAM INKLUSIF DI MASA DEPAN: ANALISIS PEMIKIRAN ABDULLAH AHMED AN-NA’IM TENTANG DEKONSTRUKSI SYARIAH

The study of Islamic law has great significance to continue to be studied in depth because its discussion is always a topic of debate. In addition, Islamic law needs to develop along with the changing times. This article aims to understand three main aspects: first, an overview of an-Naim's thoughts regarding Islamic law (sharia); second, the methodological approach used to reformulate sharia; and third, the vision of inclusive Islamic law in the future, which is able to adapt to the social dynamics of society. This study uses a literature study method by analyzing texts from various books and articles. Data are analyzed through the stages of selection, classification, analysis, and verification. The results of the study show that: (1) According to an-Naim, sharia does not only focus on the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah, but must be reinterpreted according to the context and reality of the present. (2) An-Naim uses the naskh-mansukh method, namely by postponing the application of verses that are considered less relevant without permanently deleting them. (3) An-Naim's idea of inclusive Islamic law emphasizes the importance of equality for all human beings, including in religious, ethnic, and racial aspects, and involves reforms in criminal law, human rights, and international relations. In conclusion, Islamic law can be universally accepted as a model that reflects progress and harmony with human life, thus providing significant benefits, both in the Islamic world and globally.

KULTUM SEBAGAI SARANA PENGEMBANGAN PUBLIC SPEAKING MAHASISWA DI MA’HAD AL-JAMI’AH UIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG

This study aims to explore the role of kultum (Seven Minute Lecture) as a means of developing public speaking skills as well as English and Arabic foreign language skills for students at Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Kultum not only serves as a medium for delivering religious messages, but also as a platform to train students
in expressing their opinions and ideas in front of an audience. Through this activity, students are expected to increase self-confidence, mastery of material, and communication skills that are essential in social interaction. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview and documentation methods to collect data from students who have implemented the cultum. The results showed that the kultum contributed significantly to reducing nervousness and improving public speaking ability, which are important skills in daily life and career development. Thus, cultum becomes an effective tool in building students' soft skills, supporting individual success
in interacting with society.

ANALISIS KONSEPTUAL BIMBINGAN DAN PENYULUHAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Education not only aims to develop academic skills, but also to shape the character and spirituality of learners. In the context of Islamic education, guidance and counseling are important components that support the holistic development of learners, including intellectual, spiritual, and moral aspects. This article analyzes the concept of guidance and counseling based on the principles of Islamic education, focusing on individual, group, thematic, and problem-based approaches. This research uses a literature study method with content analysis to explore the principles and practices of Islamic guidance. The results show the importance of integrating Islamic values into the curriculum, continuous counselor training, and cooperation between counselors, teachers and parents. Despite facing challenges such as limited resources and changing social dynamics, this approach remains relevant to help learners develop their potential optimally in various aspects of life.

TANTANGAN THAHARAH DI ERA MODERN

Examines the problems faced in the application of thaharah (purification) in the midst of progress and modernization. In the context of everyday life, many individuals neglect the importance of thaharah, which is a key requirement in performing acts of worship, such as prayer. This article highlights the challenges posed by outside cultural influences that often contradict Islamic values, including a decline in awareness of physical and spiritual hygiene. The article explores how globalization and modernization can lead to a loss of cultural identity and Islamic values. The author also emphasizes the need for public education on thaharah to improve understanding and practice of proper purification. The article also illustrates the benefits of thaharah in creating a healthy and clean society, as well as the importance of maintaining traditional values in the face of challenging times. Thus, the implementation of thaharah is expected to strengthen individual morals and ethics in social interactions and maintain environmental cleanliness as part of efforts to build Islamic civilization in the modern era.

NILAI PENDIDIKAN PRANIKAH DALAM KITAB ‘UQUDULLUJAIN SERTA RELEVANSINYA DENGAN ISU- ISU PERNIKAHAN KONTEMPORER

This study aims to analyze the pre-marital education values in the book ‘Uqudullujain by Sheikh Muhammad bin Umar Nawawi al-Bantani al-Jawi, and its relevance to contemporary marriage issues. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach and descriptive analysis. The primary data source is the book ‘Uqudullujain, while secondary data is obtained from related books, journals, and articles. Data collection is carried out through document analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the pre-marital education in ‘Uqudullujain provides a solid foundation for building a healthy marriage, and this understanding is relevant in addressing contemporary marriage problems, such as the phenomena of "marriage is scary", child-free lifestyles, patriarchal culture, career women and the increasing cases of domestic violence (DV). The results of the study are as follows: a) the values of pre-marital education in ‘Uqudullujain related to preparation for marriage and awareness of fulfilling the rights and obligations of husband and wife, b) the relevance of these pre-marital education values in resolving contemporary marriage issues, and c) the samawa family model as a solution to build resilience in family life.

CORAK TAFSIR MAQASID DALAM KITAB NAZM ALDURAR FI TANASIB AL-’AYAT WA AL-SUWAR KARYA AL-BIQA’I

Book Nazm al-Durar fi Tanasib al-‘Ayat wa al-Suwar by al-Burhan al-Din ‘Abi alH{ayan ‘Ibrahim b. ‘Umar al-Biqa’i has various style of interpretation. One of them is the maqas}id pattern. Study of maqas}id patterns in the book Naz}m al-Durar fi Tanasib al-‘Ayat wa al-Suwar through several methods carried out by al-Biqa’i. Therefore, this article will review the method used by al-Biqa’i with maqas}id style in his interpretation. This research uses qualitative research methods with library research data collection techniques. There are two sources used, namely primary sources which use the books Naz}m al-Durar fi Tanasib al-‘Ayat wa al-Suwar and secondary sources
which use books and journal related to the topic of discussion. This research found that al-Biqa’i used munasabah science in explaning his maqas}id in the Qur’an. This shows that in his interpretation, al-Biqa’i has included each maqas}id in his surah and studied them using the munasabah method. Apart from the maqa>s}id of each surah found, there are also advantages of each surah. The two are interrelated because the priority of each surah is in accordance with the purpose of the surah (maqa>s}id of surah).
