Study describes implementation, planning, evaluation stages, engagement learning outcomes grade VI MI Murottilin Jatiroto Lumajang. Qualitative case study. Data observation, interviews, modules, instruments, rubrics, projects. Analysis Miles-Huberman triangulation. Results five stages question, plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate rubrics creativity, cooperation, material, presentation. Implementation increased scores 77.4 to 85.5, developed critical thinking, creativity, social-emotional competencies. Barriers training, infrastructure, budget. Project-based assessment effective holistic strategy.
